Hosts were nice and helpful. The castle was the highlight id the 3 stops!! You can opt out of the tastings if you wish. The lunch spit was delish! The second two wineries were less impressive. Would be nice to add a stop that includes a tour of the vineyard!

The wine Train had great personal services all the way from the check-in service , to train boarding and staff on board the train.

Great experience and enjoyed the trolley and experience.

It was a fun tour. We met some great people. All the wineries were awesome. Our tour guide was the best!

We really enjoyed our time on the Trolley Castle Tour. The weather was perfect for a day spent riding around the Napa area to various wineries and lunch. The wine tasting at Castello di Amorosa was very enjoyable, so much so that we never made it to roam around the Castle at all, but can say the grounds and surrounding area is beautiful. Our wine tasting host had a great personality and we enjoyed visiting with him, and ultimately got some delicious wine to take home. We stopped for a pizza lunch at Tra Vigne that was prompt and delicious and headed on to another couple of tastings. We really enjoyed the presentation given by the host at Bougetz Cellars. Our trolley guide was full of interesting information along the way, making the trip even more enjoyable.

Unfortunately the trolley was not available but the bus was very comfortable and Richard, our tour guide driver was entertaining. The castle wine tasting was first class but overall did not give enough time to self tour. The Raymond winery was unlike any other. Theatrical, creative and fun place to become your own winemaker! Great venue to book for any type of party. The wine was very good and the tour guide excellent. Overall a great experience with the castle wine tasting exceptional tasting room and terrific selection. Yes, we bought a case. One mishap was on the ride back our driver blasted classic rock which would have been fine if he had lowered the volume. It was like sitting next to concert speakers and even with fingers over ears for the 25 minute ride back, the sound piercing. Not sure why he chose to do that. Oh well. Wish there was another hour at the castle for photos and less time at the third, small winery. 28 people in the final small tasting room was too much.

Best tour to see a lot. The Castle was beautiful and fun to walk around in. Wine tasting room was beautiful. Omar was a great guide.

It was a great experience and we had a great informative guide in Omar. He helped facilitate our stops. The Castle Winery was my favorite place to visit as we had options on which wines we could taste where as the the other two places we were not given that choice.

Weather wasn't great, but we still had a wonderful time! Driver was funny, scenery was beautiful, and the wine was delicious.

You learn so much about the region, the ride has the most beautiful scenery, the lunch was fantastic and the wineries just wonderful.

Raymond winery was a set speech, did not listen to special needs. The other 2 wineries were fantastic; educational and personalized. Omar our guide was informative and fun. Be aware there is a fee at all 3 wineries- it is not optional and not upfront.

Wonderful experience while in Napa. So nice to leave the planning/driving/reservations to someone else for the day. Our lunch spot was pizza, salad, and gelato... all wonderful and ready when we arrived. Omar was a great driver! Castello di Amorosa was awesome.. needed more time there for sure.

We had such a great time on our Napa Valley Trolley tour! Omar was an incredible guide—super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. He shared great insights about the area and kept everything fun and engaging from start to finish.The customer service was excellent, and the whole tour felt well-organized and relaxed. Highly recommend this experience if you’re visiting Napa Valley!
