It was a really nice and relaxing experience in the Vista Dome with beautiful scenery and views. Staff was professional and friendly, and food was top notch. Only thing I would say is the bathrooms and speaker system need to be upgraded, and they need to have better climate control because it was cold and the AC was really loud. Other than that, I enjoyed the experience.

We took this train trip for my husband’s birthday. The train itself is beautiful inside and out. The dome car is very plush and offers excellent views. From the moment we sat down until the time we disembarked our waiter Max was very attentive. The food was superb and the wines were wonderful. Maxx provided many interesting facts about the areas we traveled through and when we asked for a recommendation on wine he did not disappoint! Overall it was a wonderful trip and well worth the money.

Paula made everything so very easy! We told her our likes answered a few questions and she booked us the most fabulous day!! She shopped for our lunch and it was amazing. Had cool waters ready for us and it truly was door to door service!! Infact, we loved her so much we had her create another day for us! We booked another day!! And it was just as amazing. Driver, Syed, arrived early. He was waiting outside the car ready to open the door upon my arrival. We made the first winery on time, delivering us right up to the door. He knew the area well, pointing out areas of interest along the way After the second winery, we stopped at Gotts, his suggestion - fabulous burger, fries and Brussels. We continued our trip back to Sonoma where we ended our day Syed was a fantastic driver; punctual, friendly and very professional. He’ll be the first call I make the next time I plan a Sonoma/Napa visit!

Safari West was such an amazing adventure from start to finish. We got to see so many beautiful and unique animals up close, and the entire experience felt both exciting and educational. Our guide was incredibly informative, friendly, and passionate about the animals, which made the tour even more enjoyable. I also loved learning about the conservation efforts and hearing fun facts throughout the safari. One thing I didn’t realize before visiting was that they have cabins available for overnight stays. After seeing the property, I can honestly say it would be such a fun and memorable getaway. We are already planning to come back for a longer stay and would love to experience one of the behind-the-scenes tours next time. Highly recommend Safari West for families, couples, or anyone who loves animals and nature.

We told him we wanted to visit small wineries that made wonderful wines you may not be able to buy anywhere else. Dan definitely understood the mission! He put together an amazing itinerary!
